We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on every page of this site. This page says what we do and how to tell us when something does not work.

What we do

  • Every page has a skip-to-content link, one main heading and a visible keyboard focus ring.
  • Text and controls meet AA contrast. Meaning is never carried by colour alone: results use the words HELD, BROKE or NOT TESTED, and changes use the symbols ▲ and ▼ or the signs + and -.
  • Every chart has a plain-language summary and a "View data table" with the same numbers. Charts with many points can be read with the left and right arrow keys.
  • Sliders and checkboxes work with the keyboard and carry labels. Input errors are announced to screen readers.
  • Animation is kept small and stops when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Data panels say when they are loading, empty, delayed or failed, and failed panels have a Retry button.

Known gaps

Videos are posted on other platforms, and their captions follow each platform's tools. Charts are drawn as images with text alternatives, not as tables, so very large zoom may crop axis labels.
